Which colours and which plants would I use to express my essence? It will be an experience of self-discovery! The activity involves tracing the outline of one's body on a large, thick, A3-sized sheet of cardboard. Then, with the use of colours, shapes, coloured cards, oil pastels, felt-tip pens and coloured pencils, each participant will represent themselves through botanical and natural elements. At the end of the workshop, those who wish will be able to share their mood, starting with a word, explaining the reasons behind the choice of colours and plants.
The workshop will be activated with a minimum of 10 participants.
