Child development through sleep (0–6 years)

Via Novaro, 2, 30016 Jesolo VE - Portami qui
19.05.2026 - 19.05.2026

The Department of Social Services of the Municipality of Jesolo, as part of the municipal project ‘Il Piccolo Principe’, is organising an information session for parents of babies aged 0–12 months, focusing on sleep during the first few months of life. The session will take place at the ‘Il Piccolo Principe’ Family Centre, located at the ‘Santa Rita’ Nursery and Integrated Daycare Centre at 2 Via Novaro in Jesolo. This event marks the first in a series that will continue over the coming months with further sessions tailored to different age groups. During the session, we will explore how sleep works in newborns, including sleep rhythms, cycles and micro-awakenings, the relationship between sleep and breastfeeding, sleep cues, establishing early routines, and managing night-time awakenings. The session will be led by Francesca Viglione, a nurse specialising in breastfeeding and a sleep consultant for children aged 0–6 years. The event is aimed at parents of babies aged 0–12 months and will take place on 19 May from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm. Places are limited; booking is recommended.
