The cultural association Fidelio, presents in Jesolo c# see sharp "the joy of art and self-expression" a gym for the emotions, a workshop conceived and held by Gloria Campaner.
On 1 and 2 April, the Kursaal Conference Centre will host the technical-practical workshop born from an intuition of the well-known Venetian pianist and enriched over the years by collaboration with various specialists and professionals in philosophy, psychology, sport, life coaching, yoga, nutritionism and theatre.
The aim is to have a shared experience by exercising and training each person's emotionality as one would do with body muscles.
Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothes, a yoga mat (or a towel or blanket) and to bring a pen and paper for notes.
